TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 24, 2012) - Goodman Investment Counsel Inc. ("GIC") is pleased to announce that the CMP 2013 Resource Limited Partnership (the "Partnership") has filed a preliminary prospectus in connection with its offering of limited partnership units. Units of the Partnership ("Units") are being offered, in all provinces and territories in Canada, at a price per Unit of $1,000 with a minimum subscription of 5 Units ($5,000). The Partnership is managed by GIC and GCIC Ltd. will act as the sub-advisor to the Partnership in respect of the oil and gas investments of the Partnership.
