("Danbel" or the "Company") announces that Canada Revenue Agency ("CRA") has issued Notices of Re-Assessment relating to the Company's corporate tax returns for the taxation years ending December 31, 2004 to and including December 31, 2009 and Ministry of Revenue (Ontario) has issued Notices of Re-Assessment relating to the Company's taxation years ending December 31, 2004 to and including December 31, 2009.
