TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - June 23, 2017) - Difference Capital Financial Inc. ("DCF" or the "Company") (TSX: DCF) (TSX: DCF.DB) announced today that Jason Marks has notified the Company that he will not be standing for re-election as a director of the Company at DCF's upcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on June 28, 2017 in Toronto (the "Meeting"). The board of directors of DCF would like to thank Mr. Marks for his contributions to the Company during his tenure of service. Mr. Marks remains available to the Company for advice and counsel on an ad hoc basis.
