TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - May 12, 2017) - In accordance with regulatory requirements, Dundee Corporation (TSX:DC.A) announces that, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Dundee Resources Limited, it has acquired 1,000,000 common shares ("Shares") of Diagnos Inc. (the "Issuer"). The Shares were acquired pursuant to an exercise of warrants at a price of $0.06 per share.
