EnerCare Receives Second Requisition for Special Shareholder Meeting |

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan. 2, 2012) - EnerCare Inc. ("EnerCare") (TSX:ECI) today announced it has received a second requisition from Octavian Advisors for a special meeting of shareholders. EnerCare will consider the request with its advisors and provide a response within the statutory 21 day period, which ends on January 20th, 2012.
