("Odesia") (the "Common Shares") for a total consideration of $21,369, or $0.102 per Common Share. This increase represents 0.71% of the Common Shares issued and outstanding as of November 2, 2011.
As of this day, and after giving effect to the acquisition of his 209,500 Common Shares, Éric Leboeuf holds, directly and indirectly, 3,000,000 Common Shares. Éric Leboeuf currently holds 10.13% of the Common Shares issued and outstanding as of November 2, 2011.
