First Foundation Announces Signing Two Additional Leases to Continue Southern California Expansion |

IRVINE, CA--(Marketwire - Jun 27, 2011) - First Foundation Inc. ("First Foundation") announced today the signed multiple lease agreements to increase their Irvine headquarters and a full service banking and investment advisory office in San Diego. With the number of employees more than tripling in the last three years, First Foundation is leasing another floor in the Lakeshore Towers in Irvine, CA, becoming one of the largest tenants to reside in the building. As part of its continued expansion across the major metropolitan areas of California they have also entered into a lease agreement to open a de novo office in Chancellor Park in San Diego, CA.
