ITASCA, IL--(Marketwire - May 9, 2012) - First Midwest Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company" or "First Midwest") (NASDAQ: FMBI), the holding company of First Midwest Bank, today announced that it will conduct its Annual Stockholders Meeting on Wednesday, May 16, 2012, at 9:00 A.M. CT at the Westin Chicago Northwest Hotel, Itasca, Illinois. After conducting the business described in the Company's 2012 Proxy Statement, First Midwest's management will make a brief presentation.
