TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan. 7, 2013) - Henderson Global Investors Limited ("Henderson") announces certain institutional funds managed by Henderson (collectively, the "Funds") owned 43,941,317 ordinary shares ("Shares") in the capital of Horizonte Minerals PLC (the "Issuer"), which Shares were acquired through the facilities of the AIM market in the United Kingdom at an average price of $0.16 per Share.
