MM Asset Management Inc. Acquires Control Over Common Shares of Goldbrook Ventures Inc. |

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Feb. 3, 2012) - MM Asset Management Inc. ("MMAM") announced that one fund it manages and advises, MMCAP International Inc. SPC ("MMCAP"), has acquired 388,500 common shares ("Shares") of Goldbrook Ventures Inc. ("Goldbrook") since a take-over bid for all of the outstanding Shares was filed by 0931017 B.C. Ltd. with the securities regulatory authorities on February 3, 2012. The Shares were acquired through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange.
