Partners Real Estate Investment Trust Announces Distribution of $0.05333 Per Unit |

VICTORIA, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Dec. 14, 2012) - Partners Real Estate Investment Trust ("Partners REIT") (TSX:PAR.UN) is pleased to announce a $0.05333 per unit distribution for December 2012. The distribution will be paid on January 15, 2012 to unitholders of record on December 31, 2012. Partners REIT currently has approximately 22,308,274 trust units outstanding.
