VICTORIA, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Aug. 15, 2012) - Partners Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX:PAR.UN) ("Partners REIT") is pleased to announce a $0.05333 per unit distribution for August 2012. The distribution will be paid on September 17, 2012 to unitholders of record on August 31, 2012.
