Pro-Trans Ventures Inc. Announces Changes to Board of Directors |

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Oct. 23, 2012) - Pro-Trans Ventures Inc. ("Pro-Trans" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:PVI) announces the appointment of Darby Kreitz as the Chairman of the board of directors (the "Board") and Betty-Ann Heggie as the Lead Director of the Corporation effective October 23, 2012. Mr. Kreitz is replacing Don Black as Chairman of the Board. Mr. Black has also resigned as a director of the Corporation, along with Melinda Park and David Criddle, effective October 23, 2012. Mr. Criddle will remain as the Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation.
