REDWOOD CITY, CA--(Marketwire - Jun 8, 2012) - Qualys, Inc., a pioneer and leading provider of cloud security and compliance solutions, announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of shares of its common stock.
