Resource Capital Corp. Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend for Series B Preferred Stock |

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - Oct 3, 2012) - Resource Capital Corp. (NYSE: RSO) (the "Company") announced today that it will pay a pro-rated cash dividend on its 8.25% Series B Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock for the period from October 3, 2012 through and including October 30, 2012 in the amount of $0.16042 per share. The dividend will be payable on October 30, 2012 to holders of record on October 16, 2012.
