SEATTLE, WA--(Marketwire - April 8, 2011) - The Russell Europe Index (54%) has outperformed the U.S. broad-market Russell 3000® Index (22%) by slightly more than 32 percentage points from January 1, 2000, through March 31, 2011. The Russell Europe Index also outperformed the Russell Asia Pacific Index (47%) for the same time period.
