HAMILTON, BERMUDA--(Marketwire - October 9, 2010) - TransAtlantic Petroleum Ltd. (TSX: TNP) (NYSE Amex: TAT) announced today that it closed its previously announced registered direct public offering of 30,357,143 common shares at a price of $2.80 per share.
