VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Aug. 23, 2012) - Urban Select Exploration Inc. ("Urban Select") is pleased to announce that it has entered into an Amalgamation Agreement (the "Agreement"), with 0945081 B.C.
